Overly expensive and poor service!

The most overly priced surgery with extreme poor service, i went to get a drug test work related I paid R1300 for urine test ,it took them 3days to get my results back,after the wait I got a call to say I must come get my results when I got there I was asked to pay R400 in order for me to get my results back something that was never ever mentioned to me before, the two ladies working there don't know anything yet alone have any sort of communication skills ,they told me I have to know that I must pay R400 to get my results ,called the Doctor to lay a complaint all she could tell me is oh well you can't get your results back without the payment that's how we operate at Dr Linda's surgery and I can't get my refund or get my results
