Bad service at the Doctor'a surgeon

I was not feeling and i decided to visit Dr Pretorius' surgery in Rustenburg CBD. The receptionist was very rude as she took my medical aid card, she told i beter have funds if don't i'll be dealing with Vericred. She took my card and identity, punched in something on the system and told me i have no funds in my account. She threw my card on the counter, stood up and went to the kitchen, came back and started eating vetkoek. I asked her why does n't she call the medical scheme, she told me they were alleviating costs and could not afford to make calls. I called the scheme using my phone, they confirmed i had funds - as i was trying to explain to the receptionist she seemed uninterested so i decided to leave. Please have an appropriate system in place, to make necessary checks as you're saving money with not making calls
