I'm so disappointed

This is the worst Doctor I have ever been too, firstly the receptionist made me PAY R100 for my contraceptive which I have never paid for at any other GP, then Dr Reddy writes me a prescription and says I can collect my medication from clicks and I won't need to pay for it. If I do the CO payment will be R20, I get to clicks with so much of pain and I'm told I need to pay R200, mind you I walked out of the practice with no pain killers even. I called back to tell them what happened at clicks and I was told the doctor is busy with a patient and I will get a call back, I never did the whole weekend and I called back now only for the receptionist to be so rude to me and involve ******, this person will still get paid by my medical aid for absolutely nothing and being a complete ****
