Emergency

My wife contacted the practice on Friday, 06th March 2015 for an emergency appointment as I had severe chest pains. Much to my wife's disappoint she was told by \Lorraine"that she cannot speak to the doctor and the surgery was fully booked and closing early. It is absolutely disgusting that as residents of Queensburgh we tend to support and wholeheartedly rely on doctors as such but all they care about is lining their pockets. Where is the code of ethics? """
