Dr Lazarus rooms - Westville

My Boss went and get her teeth done at Dr Lazarus rooms Prak no *** in Westville. They claimed from the medical aid, once the medical aid needed additional info they call my boss and insisted that she paid cash and that she calim from the medical aid. So that is what we did, 6months down the line and this query is still not sorted, my boss had paid the full amount and the medical aid paid a portion of the amount already paid by my boss, now they are giving us the run around regarding refunding her and keep telling us that, they have wasted enough time on this and can't help us. WE WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN!!!! IT IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!
