Dr Lanie Medical Asthetics

I would like to get assistance with regards to obtaining the ombudsman's contact details to lodge a formal complaint against Dr. Lanie Medical Aesthetics. On the 20th of February 2024, I booked an appointment for consultation for Dr. Lanie, the lady who was assisting me sent me a message with the banking details and made me aware that there are only 2 spots left for the day I had booked for, I explained that it was quite hectic that day but would make payment soon to which she rep**** and said its not a problem, I then made a payment the following morning and sent a message to inform them that payment has been made. I was then told that the spot had been filled and no refunds can be made to me. I was not told about a time frame in which the payment should be made. my messages were ignored since the 23rd of February until yesterday with the same reply or considering rescheduling or another treatment. I also have a very hectic schedule and that is why I had planned around that day. Its only R500 but there's a lot I can do with it. A service wasn't rendered not because I didn't show up but because the lady assisting me didn't give me information. I requested the ombudsman's contact details to which they rep**** with a question "whom are you referring to please?" After I rep**** to that, yet again I was ignored.
