Mirinda of Dr Ramajees room is the best

Today I needed to get some medical information form Dr Ramajees rooms, Wynberg Cape Town. I called the rooms, Mirinda answered and assisted me, bearing in mind the information I needed is from 1997, I had no idea what date or procedure was done, she was helpful, attentive, checked the records while I was on the line and came back with everything and more than I needed. I could hear her speaking to patients who just arrived in the rooms, attending to them as well, while dealing with my call at the same time. What a pleasant change from having to contact doctors rooms and dealing with rude unhelpful reception staff. Well done to Mirinda. Excellent customer/ patient service and care.
