Rude and incorrect

Having heard from a medical insurance, who was getting information about my medical history, that Dr L Dumas would not supply the required information because I owed him money. <br> As I knew this was incorrect I phoned and was told that because a previous insurance company had asked for information and had not paid for it - I was now liable and therefore owed them money and they would not release any information to other companies until I paid them. <br> I think the accounts woman said it was Altrisk or Allrisk?<br> I explained that I personally had never asked for this information and therefore couldn't be liable. She then proceeded to shout at me and hung up. Very professional!
