USELESS *********** RECEPTIONIST!!!

I took my son in 2022 to the ENT Dr L Govender at Lenmed Hospital, I submitted the referral letter to the Zulu speaking receptionist, I forgot her name. we consulted with the Dr, later on I received a call from their account's consultants telling me i should pay for that consultation as Bonitas is refusing to pay, I was shocked as I first checked with my medical aid (Bonitas) if Dr L Govendor was contracted to them and the hospital too and they gave me a go ahead. then I called Bonitas to find out the reason for not paying Dr L Govendor and their response was that it's because Dr L Govendor did not send them the referral letter, I called that rude receptionist and asked her to do the right thing and send the referral letter to Bonitas so that they can honour the claim, to this day this matter still still not sorted, that receptionist is RUDE and USELESS, somebody please help me, If I still had the referral letter I would send it myself to Bonitas for the consultation to be paid. what Annoys me is the fact that Govender's ***s keep calling and sending messages that I owe Govender but they are not interested on firing the stupid *********** receptionist who wont do her job and send the referral letter to bonitas as she took it and it is by her.
