Rude and unprofessional receptionist

Absolutely rude receptionist. She could not even comprehend that a follow up appointment can be booked ANYWHERE between 7 to 10 days but argues for 5 mins that I should have booked it when I left the first time. Imagine if she had to book a procedure. I wasted my time and money going there. As for getting hold of the doctor I didn't even bother.
