Disgusting receptionist and no results

I am so over dealing with the extremely RUDE AND DISGUSTING receptionist at Dr L Govender (ENT) room. I want my results bac****!!!! After about 8 emails asking for feedback, I finally got a call last Tuesday (while I was in the car with my husband on the way to meet our new niece) I asked a simple question "do I have to pay for a Consultation to get my results back" and was told I will email you back and let you know. I heard Nothing. A week later, I emailed again. I got a call back straight away only to be accused of being a ****, to be told I never asked the questions and that I am lying because "YOU WERNT IN THE CAR WITH HUSBAND, YOU WERE AT WORK" !!! Iv never in my entire life. I would like someone to call me that is not that disgusting human with my results by the end of business TODAY. I will not be coming back to midstream and will be finding myself a new ENT specialist after this shocking experience. Never in my life have I been treated so disgustingly when I am a patient. 23 January to date and I am STILL waiting for results.
