Horrifying service!!!

With COVID having really affected businesses especially the smaller businesses, I made the conscious decision to support small and local businesses/practices wherever i can. However my experience at this dentist practice was horrifying. I waited over an hour past my scheduled appointment to be seen. At no point did any of the staff apologize for their lateness and when I finally told the doctor about his shoddy service he said i can either sit down or take my money and leave. Worst dentist experience I have had in South Africa.
