Bad service

I would like to complain about Dr KS Mwita practice number: ********** sychitrist doctor at Lesedi Private Hospital now called Dr Maseko Hospital at Nombula house. What an unprofessional image portrayed by this doctor and disgusting. An appointment was booked for my daughter as a mental pecient. At first appointment he cancelled appointment 5 hours before, then his secretary appologized, then I understood. It was shifted to a later date of which while we where on our way he decided to live his practice early. On arrival there, to our suprise his secretary told us he left despite his secretary told him there's appointments that needs to houner for patient. I think Clinix should look into this uncalled behavier by this doctor because he will damage Clinix image. As we speak my daughters condition is worsening and now I am seeking legal advise how can I lay a complaint to the medical council should Clinix don't respond to my complaint as required around SLA time frame. I think will take necessary steps should this not be resolved amicable. Yours Eric
