Staff from dental surgon not doing their work.

Hi, I want to share the following, the doctors in question do have my contact details. My ex went to the surgery with my child. The claim was never submit to my medical aid and now after a year an attorney mail me and say I must pay. This is the second time the same doctor handed me over. Their staff is *********** and neglect to perform their duties. I did discuss the same issue with the doctors on 2015 and 2017, yet it happens again. My medical aid confirmed that no claim was submitted. The dental surgery is in Bethal Mpumalanga.
