UNHAPPY

My GP had picked up I had a cyst on my left ovary so I decided to go see Dr De Beer as the people I had spoken to were happy with her. She was nice on the appointment, I had a procedure called Uterine Ablation to burn the lining of my uterus and I had the cyst removed.. She told me that if she saw that the ovary wasn't good she would remove it as well. The day of my procedure I saw the Dr before the procedure but once I was done I got NO aftercare instructions and had no information as to what they had done or what to expect after the procedure. I phoned the practice the day after to find out, the receptionist was not very friendly and said that the Dr would tell me at my follow up appointment a week later, I had asked if she could please ask the Dr to phone as I wanted to know if she removed the ovary or not and all that I got back via whatsapp message was "They moved a part of the ovary ok" seriously where is the compassion. The aftercare service of this Dr was terrible and I honestly wouldn't recommend anyone to her but I guess it's all personal preference. I've been trying for days to get my information from my file emailed to me and to date still nothing.
