NOT AT ALL IMPRESSED

I don't have any problem with the Dr at all she was very nice and she really helped me alot and gave me alot of information, it's just the fact that I had to reschedule my appointment numerous times because they would cancel on me the day of my appointment.The receptionist is absolutely terrible she is very rude and not at all friendly, she never does her job on time I always had to ask her to do things for me 3-4 times before she would do it. When I would ask that she email me the payments she would answer me so rudely or just ignore me. Dr told me that if I needed anything I could just message the receptionist and when I do message her she would either not answer my messages or she would bluetick me for days. Honestly Dr needs a new receptionist or she needs to change her attitude towards the patients!
