Disgusting service

unfortunately I am unable to leave a 0 star otherwise I would. While Dr Kritzinger is great and my girlfriend was ranting and raving about his service his staff are useless and rude. She was informed when she went for her consultation that she needed to email them in connection with the report she needed for her disability claim and she would receive it within 24 hours, so when she got home she sent the email. It has been a week now and nothing has happened, she is in a huge amount of pain and as a result when she called was not able to focus entirely on what was being said. When I called I was met with hostility and fed one excuse after another about popi and the report being tied up with HR.

This is completely unacceptable and eventually after going back and forth I eventually got the direct number for the HR department only for it to go directly to vm.

I would not recommend going here based purely on the service provided by the staff
