ILLTREATMENT BY A SPECIALIST

I am so unhappy with the way this doctor treated me. She really does not care about the well being of some patients. I cannot speak for others. In 2020 she sent me an email that old patients were not supposed to see her in person. As a result for my health issues I went to the GP. When she came back I never received an email that she was back so I continued with the Gp who did all the tests I needed. In 2021 I had health issues so I needed to check if she was back. I did a virtual appointment. During the appointment she accused me of not coming for checkups and yet she discouraged us to do physical contact. I requested her to do specific tests to save my day to day funds. She did her own tests that never identified what my problem was. I had to request the GP to do the tests. The tests confirmed what I suspected so the GP treated me. Because she had done other tests I went to her for feedback. I had to inform her of the other tests done by the GP for her to have a clear picture. The moment I did that she was furious and asked me why I was fighting her. I was shocked that if another doctor helps an emergency situation she would not allow it. She asked me to leave her room and go back to the GP. She asked me to look for another specialist. When I wrote her an email expressing my displeasure that's when she tried to be nice but it was too late. She practically expelled me from her practice. She even misdiagnosed me when I met her. Other interested specialists doubted the interpretation of the scope.

I am not sure she cares about some patients' because I think a caring doctor would not ask a patient to leave her practice to look for another specialist in the midst of a pandemic when all conditions are not equal. A good doctor cannot get angry that a patient has been saved by another doctor. She would rather that patient suffers. Definitely, I am disappointed.
