Horrible service, ****** receptionist

The receptionists in that surgery are the most ****** and rude beings ever. Because I am black she treated me like a piece of trash as if I don't pay for my services,even if I wasn't they have no right what so ever to treat anyone the way they did with me. As my son sat sick on that chair seeing the reaction and words said to me as his mum gave him a different perspective of that surgery as a hole. I wouldn't want to be serviced by them ever again. It made me wonder could the doctors in there share the same attitude towards us blacks?
