Unprofessional staff

Came to see my Doctor so the the reception did not inform me that Dr Kana is not available instead i sit there 4vhputs later they calle out just fond out its another doctor When i ask my usual doctor he doesn't reapond hos asking me what i came to do and today was just a check up day with mu doc.This current one is clueleas and unprofessional om really not happy moght as well cjange mu gp to another one
