Outstanding quality of medical care and kindness

I first met Dr Naidu when my grandmother started hallucinating and the 2 doctors she saw didn’t know what wrong with her. He was able to see her the same day and she diagnosed her with dementia and put on medication. My grandmother didn’t have medical aid and Dr Naidu will always discuss the various treatment option while being mindful that our funds were limited.

Dr Naidu would talk to my grandmother and discuss with her the options and, this has always struck me because the various doctors we visited would only speak to me. This made my grandmother feel seen and that someone cared to know what she felt and thought. As my grandmother got sicker because of age, the doctor will always check how she was responding to her medication and if there was anything he could do for her. My grandmother passed away 2 weeks ago and I finally managed send a message to the doctor to inform him. He immediately picked up the phone to send his condolences and reminded me of great memories with my grandmother.

It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. I highly recommend his services to anyone in need of a great doctor.
