Excellent service rendered by Dr Naidu & Resilient Synergy

We, the Chetty Family are very grateful to Resilient Synergy and Dr Dr KK Naidu. As a Family Dr Naidu came to us as God send during a very difficult time in our well being. It was unfortunate that we initially had consulted with other Doctors and Medical Practices with no follow-up by the Medical Personnel and once off engagements which could have ended us up in a life threatening situation. Due to the unrest situation in KZN and our medical condition, Dr Naidu's initial consult with us was telephonically, and he knew immediately how to arrest the situation before reaching danger point. Scripts were sent to the Pharmacy through WhatsApp, daily updates, monitoring and conversations on our condition were done through WhatsApp. Arrangements were made by his Practice for home consult for pathology and physiotherapy. This was followed a week later for a face to face consult, after the violence in KZN subsided. We felt very reassured after consulting Dr Naidu. He made us feel comfortable, he was confident with information on our condition and managed our recovery in an excellent manner. Before we left back home to Pretoria, we requested another consult, bloods were taken, results were efficiently communicated, all through WhatsApp. We are still under Dr Naidu's supervision as part of recovery and rehabilitation process even though we have arrived back home in Pretoria. This is remarkable, it gives us confidence in our medical profession with amazing Doctors like Dr Naidu. We would like to wish him well with the outstanding work he's doing especially during the time of COVID-19 in saving the lives of people and making a difference to our Country.
