An invalidating doctor and practice

My last experience was extremely distressing and invalidating. I went to a trusted healthcare professional with a sensitive matter in a completely vulnerable state and he essentially dismissed the gravity of the reason for my visit and frustration.

It is completely unacceptable for a doctor to speak to a patient the way he did whilst they are showing him scarring and bleeding skin whilst crying because of distress and frustration. He essentially made me feel like I'm not eligible enough to get his help.
