Dr Mkabile's rooms, I am so disappointed

My mother complained of her vision. I took her to two optometrists that said she has cataract. I wa referred to Dr Mkabile in Tzaneen by someone, saying that he helped her grandmother. He operated her grandmother at Mankweng hospital and didn't wait long as she paid a certain consultation fee at his private rooms, given the fact that government hospitals takes long especially when someone is old. My mom went to consult and was told that she will be operated in the rooms because it will take time for her to get a date at the hospital and her eyes would be bad at that time. She was operated on and was given a date for checkup. On the day she was told that her lens needs to be readjusted as it has shifted, more money of course. On the date of the appointment we arrived there at 6:15 and we found one person waiting meaning we were number 2 to consult. Doctors arrived at about 9:00 and there were more patients now waiting. People that came after us saw the doctor before us. I had to go to him and ask him what time was he going to see my mother. He called her in surprising enough, with the file open in front of him, he asked how many times did my mother come and what was she there for. I had to explain to him, now this is Dr Malatji. He then said we must go sit where we were seated. At about 11:20 he comes and asked my 74 year old mother why was she sitting there, she must go wait where they operate. My mom went inside, when I go check on her she was even cold, sitting under the cold air-condition. People were operated on with us still waiting. At about 13:35 I asked the nurse lady what time was my mother going to be seen. She said that she asked the doctor and he told her to put the file aside. The lady even showed me the file with number 2 circled on it, saying that she tried telling him that we were there since morning but he ignored her. My mother wasn't there to be operated on, she wasn't bringing thousands of rands. He was busy with those ones bringing cash money to him forgetting that my mother paid also and she was still going to pay but it wasn't enough for him. My mom's vision is still bad, and he had to check and give us the answers but NO. I asked for another date and the script, the lady said unfortunately the doctor has left and she doesn't know what time he will be back, he's the one writing scripts, she asked for us to wait for him. We couldn't anymore, my mom was tired. I asked for the doctor to please call and give us another appointment but he hasn't. I am really disappointed, money matters a lot than his patient's wellbeing.
