Terrible service from Dr Kathrada, Bluff

I went and visited Dr Kathrada for a referral to have my tonsils removed. When I saw Dr Kathrada and explained why I wanted to take my tonsils out, he laughed in my face. Told me he doubts an ENT will take them out because there is nothing wrong with them. I eventually went to see the ENT and it turned out my tonsils were extremely bad and had been growing into my throat. I caught it just in time. Second time I decided to go there, Dr Kathrada was not in so I saw Dr Wilkinson instead. She is a very helpful Dr but does not call her patients back with blood results. Tomorrow 15 November 2018 will be 2 weeks that I have waited for my blood results. I need the results and the referral so I may go see a gynecologist as I am pregnant. I have called them countless times and they have promised to call me "today" and today never happens.
