Sicken service!!

Where do I even start with the pathetic service at this Dr's surgery! My father received an email on 07/04/2021 from a collections agency demanding R922.95 within 25days to avoid legal action. My father not knowing what's happening he assumes I took my daughter to the Dr and didn't pay them. Myself knowing we haven't been at that doctor in years as I always hated the service. I called Dr. Kathans accounts department in Grassy Park, I gave my fathers information as he is the main member of the medical aid and the lady was not able to find any information about my father her exact words were ''we do not have any folder for your father anymore'' so it just shows we haven't been there for years. She proceeds to tells me because the account was handed over to a collections agency I need to contact them. Bear in mind we were never notified about an outstanding amount, EVER!! no email, no text, no calls, and no letter in the post. I called the collections agency and was told the account was handed over on 18/09/2018 for a visit in August 2016 at the Dr's office in Westridge. Yet, since 2018 no correspondence from the agency either, no calls, no text, no emails, and no letter whatsoever. And now all of a sudden we get an email demanding R922.95 within 25days. How unprofessional of both Dr. Kathans rooms as well as the agency for not making contact once since this apparent visit in August 2016. The nerve of the agency to say they've been calling (since 2018??) but the phone just rings as there are notes state so on the account. Are you kidding me?? calls since 2018 and not once did my father answer??
