Horrible service, No empathy

I've sitting here at Dr Kathan Family Practice in Pelican Park's branch since 2.30pm as that is what the lady said when I called to check timeslots. It is now 5pm, no doctor has showed up as yet, the receptionist keeps saying the doctor is on their way, I've already paid with card so I can't just walk out without being assisted. This is ridiculous service for patients.if I wanted to wait so long for a doctor to come to the premises to do their job then I would've gone to a public hosp or clini. So here we are still waiting for Dr Felix. What horrible service.
