HORRIBLE SERVICE

I went to the doctor on the 18/02/24 and the front desk has an attitude assisting patients not willing to help they don’t even greet nor ask if you want to be assisted and on top of it she wants yo have an attitude when completing a form it is her job and I’m disgusting by the service on top of it she gave back my medical aid card and showed me away bear in mind there are not many practitioners open today and with a sick baby it was an ultimate struggle getting assistance and the gp is my daughters assigned gp but there was no assistance By far the worst practice I’ve been to, will not and do not recommend at all, front desk gives the worst service ever
