Extreme irritation

This is crazy this receptionist calls me now on the 5th of January 2024 saying that we have not settled a bill for April 2021 because they didn't want uo put the clients in debt during covid please remind me when covid cleared up...also mind you myself , husband and 3 kids are on Gems medical aid we have unlimited doctors visits at that time I was on the kathans but there was a mix up and the receptionist told my husband that she cannot help since they were not on the list they have different practice numbers and I was not able to put both doc on so they were to use the 1 practice number for any kathan it's like 127 which I have now I can like literally go now and pay the 127 but really they this women comes at me for this 127 forgetting I go to the doc so much pfff mxm girl bye I'm taking my business elsewhere 😉
