dissapointing

I hope the business owner sees this post and something is done to improve your daily business routine and expertise.

On Monday evening I was at your practice with my 3 year old daughter who had a fever, I politely asked your receptionist if the doctor could see her immediately she rudely said "NO there are 20 other people and you have to wait".

I waited for 2 hours at your surgery as you were the only practice open after 7 which was closer to where I lived. eventually the doctor saw us and I rushed my 3 year old to Red Cross Kids hospital as per your doctor.

I got at Red Cross after 9pm and my child was treated as an emergency case. I have visited your practice on my occasions, I recommended friends, family and colleagues, this will not be happening moving forward.

My daughter was at Red Cross for 2 days, we arrived she was given a lumber punch and immediately placed on drips. I want people to see my post as the next child might not be as lucky as mine. TRAIN YOUR RECEPTINIST CLEARLY SHE DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO HANDLE EMERGENCY CASES, INFACT SHE HAD NO EMPATHY TOWARDS ME OR MY CHILD.
