Close Kathan medical practice, its a chop shop

Took my son on Saturday, 7 June to the Westridge practice as he has a knee injury (paod R500 cash) and needed an MRI scan to be done to determine ligament damage. Firstly got the referral WITHOUT A BOOKING ON THE STATE SYSTEM WHUCH DRS HAVE ACCESS TO TO BOOK THESE PROCEDURES ON PATIENTS BEHALF SO THEY DNT NEED APPOINTMENTS. Went with my son at 5 o clock on Monday, 9 June only to find nothing was booked. I went back to the Westridge practice and Dr Anderson dismissed me like i had no issue and that the lokum dr on duty ddnt need to book anything. Dr Anderson treated me like i am stupid and as if i ddnt know that these procedures need to be booked on the state hospital system by a GP. What she ddnt know is that i followed that process once before and knew what needed to be done. Medical practices like these should be CLOSED DOWN AND MEDICAL LICENSES BE REVOKED PERMANENTLY! How are peoples cash good enough and not get the help needed
