Terrible treatment by receptionists.

I have no issue with the physicians, they have always been professional amd helpful. However in my recent experience, both Bonita and Adelle were incredibly unhelpful and short with me. I phoned around 9am and the message was not relayed to my treating physician and she had left by the time I had called back. When I called back Adelle went as far as putting the phone down whilst I was talking. It's so very sad when receptionists cast a dynamic family practice in a poor light.
