Attitude and long wait

Many years I never complaint about this place, after 2 years came in 13:10, its 14:40 full of pains in stomach..I pitch up infront and this Gretchen Uys Tom boy looking lady..told me straight she will be with me..right I waited patience after patience she assist them..I left it...soon dr calling out the name patience after me went in about 4 of them..and I am ***..went up so an dark skin lady apologizes and took my name and details...it almost 3 o clock I have been waiting..went up to this gretchen lady..told me str8 u are next, I was not worried if I was next...it the attitude she gave me and even forgot to get back to me...dnt even apologies it nothing..I was treated like **** and already feeling so sick
