Angry customer

Apparently Dr kathan should be one of the good surgerys but I totally disagree I have been having stomach and back pains for months I decided to choose Dr kathan surgery for a second opinion as the first surgery told me I'm stressed out and over worked I attended the pelican park surgery doctor did a check up and charged me R350 and gave me pain meds and told me that if I still feel the same after 5 days I should come back the 5th day I went back the doctor wasn't available that day then I was told to go to Dr kathan in klip road they would send all my info to them so they can assist me further I then saw a doctor who charged me a extra R100 for more meds and said if I don't fell better after that I would need to go for and ultra sound scan my ultra sound scanned was booked for the 18th of November 2020 at the cost of R600 cash before having scan done I really wanted to know what could be causing this pain.The scan was done not even 10 minutes then I was out of the surgery the Dr that did the scan told me she would give me a call the following day which would be the 19th of November up until today I still haven't received my results I've been busy at work so I was unable to actually go to the surgery to find out but I've literally been calling every day since the 19th of November everytime I get told by the receptionist simonay that the doctors are currently busy and I must give my details she will ask the doctor to call me back I don't know how many times I left my details and still no phone call then I called again then I was told apparently my folder was misplaced they need to call pelican park to get my details from them a week later no response I then stayed out of work on Monday the 14th of December and when to pelican park to find out what's happening I was told they going to call klip roads surgery and find out then the 16 December I called pelican park back they said I should call klip but not today cause it was a public holiday so I waited up until this morning and called klip road I spoke once again to simonay as the doctors were busy and once again left my name an number to get called back I waited all day to be called back no call at all I'm am very disappointed and disgusted by the pathetic service from a well known surgery very quick to take your money I spent R1050 to find out what's causing the pain I'm having daily and it's a months later today and I never received any results it could be something serious then I don't even know what's happening.im not someone to complain but I've just had it and I'm fed up of calling everyday and not being assisted u pay your way to avoid sitting at day hospitals all day but they day hospital gives better service than this surgery.
