Dr kalam doing same as dr sefeane

He charges your medical aid for things he has not performed on a patient.i got a bill for a couple of things that was not done such as deep tissue stitches.medical aid does not want to pay him so he is now trying to get me to pay.unfortunatly for him.i have photos and other doktors to confirm stitches was not given to the patient.no sctatches or nothing.so only he k ows where he put his stitches and blood controll.
