bull**** practice no care for patients!!!!!!

If i could rate you a -1, I would. I visited your practice for the first time today with my 2-year-old daughter who is unwell. We are covered by Discovery Flexicare Plus. Within less than a minute of arriving, your reception staff told me they cannot assist first-time Discovery members on a Sunday.

This is unacceptable. The entire reason we pay for medical aid and insurance is to ensure 24/7 access to healthcare, especially in emergencies. You are open 7 days a week, yet refuse first-time patients on Sundays? Are you a doctor’s surgery or just a money-driven scheme?

If my child’s condition worsens because of your refusal to assist, expect a call from my lawyer. As you are listed as part of Discovery’s network, I will also escalate this matter to Discovery directly.

Lastly, I strongly suggest you reconsider the staff at your front desk—the lack of sympathy and unwillingness to help was shocking. I will never recommend your practice to anyone.
