Pathetic Receptionist behavior

Today we recieved PATHETIC SERVICE from the Indian receptionist at Dr K Naidoos practice Firstly no proper etiquette, or sympathy towards patient Secondly no skill in confirming benefits on a medical aid , she contacted the wrong medical aid , and insists the member number has changed ( maybe there is a course she needs to attend for this basic skill) the practice should look into some training for her. No manners in which you speak to patients , completely rude and ubrupt. Will not visit this practice ever again due to this pathetic behavior. You are not rendering a free service to us we are paying patients. REMEMBER THIS.
