Worst office staff

I phoned in the morning to schedule an appointment and was given a 2:30pm time. I showed up early and waited 30 minutes past my appointment time after which I was told the doctor would not see me that day and I would have to come back on Friday. I advised that I had phoned that morning and was given an appointment. The staff ignored me and one said that I should have made an appointment and then said end of story. Another office staff member said I need to be patient with being given misinformation.

This is the WORST and most rude office staff I have ever encountered. They rarely answer the phone, have yet to respond to emails and I have sent five. One time I called the the person that answered said that I should call back because she did not know how to answer my questions.

This is the only doctor who is permitted by the US government to do visa physicals. They have a monopoly and feel they can treat patients with a lack of respect. That is totally ********* and no way to treat people.
