Unattentive doctor

I am not one to complain but i would like to express my shock and disappointment at the service I got at this clinic. I was wheeled into the clinic on a wheelchair given that i had a foor injury which brought me to the doctor. When i was called in i limped from reception to the room. The doctor who was whispering under his mask examined my toe by pushing it in different directions. When i explained to him that that does not cause pain however i cannot walk on it as i feel pain at the joint of the toe bone and foot bone he brushed it off. I explained this to him again cause i could see hes not hearing me. He then prescribed anti-inflammatory and painkillers - both of which are the common sense solution to any adult. The appointment was no more than 10 mins long at R600. When i got onto the wheel chair the doctor walked out his room and he was shocked. Only then did he ask his nursing staff from braces WHICH THEY DIDNT EVEN HAVE IN STOCK - AND then he wrote me a referral. Turned out to be a fracture EXACTLY where i said the pain was.
