Please refund our money

We went to them for blood test as directed by the USA DV-Lottery 2017, the Dr Junaid Hoosen asked questions like "Why do we want to relocate to the USA? Advising how he thinks life is better here in SA than going to the USA. I wondered what his business was aside being a doctor for blood tests. We didnt understand his questions at first until we were reaped off our R26000 for blood tests which results we never received and which later resulted in our 2017 DV Lottery to be cancelled because the results of my wife was deliberately delayed beyond the interview date. The receptionist only wanted to talk about money. I repeated complained that the delay in the result will affect our interview date. It didnt matter to them. Dr Junaid Hoosen is a reaper and works with USA embassy to reap innocent South African citizens of their hard earned money. My family and I are going to sue you one day. You took our money deliberately and denied my kids the opportunity of going overseas after we paid you R26000. One day we will come for you. Quote me
