Poor service

Although Dr Roos is excellent, his staff is beyond pathetic. After at least 6 telephone calls, 3 emails, explaining why a letter is needed to claim from medical aid, hearing ag shame, nothing happened. Why should they. They already have their money. Fortunately there are other good doctors who have more competent staff. As I see this complaint comes from a number of people.
