Extremely Poor Service

<p>I would just like to comment on the poor service I've recieved from DR J.S. ROOS's staff at Netcare Waterfall City Hospital in Midrand. It's been a week whereby I've called them atleast 18 times to find out my test reults, each time they promise to return my call, but never does. This really reflects bad on the doctor's practice as it will restrict patients from booking with him. I cannot express the irritation & dissapointment that I feel right now as they clearly make empty promises. Just putting this out thee to avoid another person from going to the hassle that I am having.</p> <p> </p>
