Horrible service

On Saturday i went to Santana med center for a boil, the doctor gave me antibiotic and pain injection and told me to come again Sunday and Monday. Sunday i got another injection and left, the Monday the lady doctor saw me and the receptionist first told me i need to pay for all 3days of coming there then i finally saw the doctor and she decided to cut in my neck. While trying to drain the fluid ,almost nothing came out so they just closed the open wound and she advised me to come again on Wednesday. I then asked her if i could come after work and she said she will be working till 3 but there will be other doctors to have a look at the wound and advise the way forward. When i got there after work the tall blonde receptionist refused to let me see the doctor even after i told her that im in alota pain and the tape is hurting my neck. I asked if she could just ask the doctor if i must remove it or if they can just put clean dressing on so that it dont get infected coz it burns and is still swollen. She then said dr coetze instructed her not not take any more people but she still helped other people after me. I was on the phone with the police for about 30min asking for advice and in that time there was alot of cars pulling in to see a doctor. This truly was a ****py experience and im still sitting with the pain. Im going to the hospital now to get help and as i was advised by the police ,i should go get a report and go to bluedowns court tomorrow. I will make this my life's mission to not let them get away with this. If i need to get the medical board involved ,i will coz im worse then what i was when i walked in there on Saturday. And my medical aid had to pay for all 3 days where they could have sent me straight to a hospital rather than milk money out of me n made my pain worse.
