Lack of respect when speaking to clients

On Friday, 2 October 2015, I was collecting my chronic medication from the Pharmacy at the Doctors' Consultation Rooms. The lady Petru, who works for the Pharmacy mentioned that it is the last time she assists me because there is a notice that says patients who are planning to fetch their medication on a Friday, after hours or during emergency hours must call first to make arrangements to fetch their medication and i said \oh I am sorry I did not take notice of the notice as there is quite a number of notices pasted on the walls so I was not aware of this specific one
