Warning to all medical insurance holders: Avoid Dr. Joshua Nkosi's surgery at Duduza (located at the corner of Nala and Ndudula streets) at all costs!

I recently visited the surgery for a routine teeth cleaning and was extremely dissatisfied with the service. After paying for the consultation, I requested an invoice to submit to my medical insurance provider, but the front desk staff, a lady who introduced herself as either Zinhle or Simone, refused, citing concerns about '*****' and stating it was a 'favor' to even consider providing the invoice. Despite multiple follow-ups, I still haven't received the invoice.

The staff's behavior was unacceptable, and their lack of understanding of medical insurance processes was appalling. As someone who pays for multiple medical insurance policies, I expect better service. The dental professional who treated me was also unprofessional, shouting at me when I mentioned I was experiencing breathing difficulties due to my sinus issues.

I've been forced to seek alternative care and pay again for services already rendered, just to get the invoice I was entitled to. If you value your time and sanity, avoid this practice. The staff's attitude and incompetence are not worth the hassle.
