Dermatologist *******

The receptionist at this office kept telling me that she will find out if she needs my authorization number for the medical aid claim and she ends up not taking it from me. Months later they send me a bill that the medical aid rejected due to no authorization number. The bill they sent was for R816. They have now handed me over to a collections agency and apparently I now owe them R1800. They are unprofessional and just want to make money from you. I will not recommend this dermatologist to anyone. The Dr just looked and my son's head then charged something for a minor procedure. Total *******
