Service not acceptable

We were disappointed with the service we have received from this practice from the first appointment.

After the first consultation, Dr Markram indicated that the scans would be sent to us that day via email. A week later we had to phone to follow up because nothing was received.

We were further told that we would receive a brochure, this has still not been received.

Wednesday the 30th June at 5pm we had our follow up appointment. We sat outside like fools trying to contact the practice who needed to give us the go ahead to come up due to the COVID risk.

My wife had to walk through Midstream emergency room to get to your practice in the hope that someone was there. She managed to catch the eye of the receptionist who was still in the practice which had closed for the day. Just to be told that Dr Markram was not there.

When I called the following day to speak to the Dr Markram he wasnt available so I left a message for him to specifically call me back.

He didn't feel it necessary to call me back to address the poor service received from his practice.

This service is not good enough for the fee that is asked. We also cant continue with a Dr that cant get the small things right and then trust them to support my wife's pregnancy.
