DR Johan MARKRAM - WORST SERVICE EVER!!

WORST SERVICE I have ever encountered at a doctors' office! Went for a routine checkup on 19 Jan (costing well over R2000) - they are a cash practice so you need to pay upon appointment and then claim from your medical aid. It took me an entire MONTH and about 6 phone calls to get a tax invoice/statement from them in order to get my money back from the medical aid. Every time I phoned they were "busy with the invoicing and statements" - for 4 weeks I ask?!?! Don't they do this every month?!)

Doctor also sent me for some blood tests.(had this done on 23 March, another R3000) and after almost 2 weeks just received an SMS to say that "Your blood is normal". I phoned the practice last week and asked if that is really it? Isn't the doctor even going to phone me to discuss my blood results? After this exercise that has already cost me R5000. The tests were done to establish a few things and I have had no resolution whatsoever. They would have phoned me back last week Wednesday. No one contacted me. I phoned again Friday and left a message asking them to phone me as I had asked on Wednesday to discuss my results. Still no response. Phoned them again this morning. They will "get back to me" - I will believe it when I see it!

Seriously, ********** service! especially for women who are having problems conceiving and feeling vulnerable, it is absolutely DISGUSTING how we are just treated as another R2000 walking through the door. DO NOT GO HERE
