Unnaccaptable medical claims

I have consulted at this doctor(Dr. Jogi) more than 3 times using cash and medical aid sometimes for the same diseases. whenever I use cash I pay R300 for both consultation and medication but when using medical aid for the same service he claims R 705 which is way more than 100%. I have raised the issue both with his staff member and my medical aid and I m not getting any joy from both. Please assist because I believe he cons lot of people not only me.
