Dr JM Kalonda

I visited Dr JM Kalonda today and after my consultation I realized that the doctor in question wrote incorrect information on my documents and as soon I called he instructed that I should return to his practice so he can resolve his mistake at my cost, this is seriously not professional seeing that this is our lives that are being threatened
